While ASHE addresses the needs of the healthcare facilities leadership, there is still a gap in skilled trades training for healthcare facilities people. Four of the leading medical research and healthcare systems in Northern Ohio recently met to discuss a new training concept. This session will be presented as a chronological study of needs identification including the details required to develop the curriculum and program, and the many implementation and launch challenges.
