Bill Greskovich, Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer,
St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD
Bill is the principal responsible for executing $211 million Campus Revitiliation Program for St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He joined St. Agnes in 1997 to lead the development and implementation of an integrated approach for clinical and financial information systems. He also promotes process redesign as the key to successful implementation of technology.
Bill is also the executive responsible for the Lean Transformation process. Based on the Toyota Management System, Lean is a way of thinking in terms of value to the customer, of continuous improvement and the identification and elimination of waste in the pursuit of perfection.

CON preparation, functional & space programming, and government & regulatory affairs planning.
