Description
Next, four different case studies will be presented that demonstrate the influence of planning and assessment on culture change at two dental schools. These cases will involve greatly increasing the proportion of under-represented minority students through assessment of non-cognitive factors, instilling a responsibility for the underserved populations through strategic planning, modifying e-teaching and e-learning practices through assessment and revising the dental curriculum through strategic planning and assessment.
