The U.S. dental school deans, in a survey conducted in 2002, reported that future dental faculty heads the list of their concerns. Since that time, the number of funded full-time vacant dental faculty positions has continued to increase to the current level of nearly 400. Learn more about innovative programs to recruit and retain URM faculty.
