Learning Objectives
• Describe how e-portfolios can be used for selfreflection, program management, community building, and accreditation
• Discuss the benefits of student reflections and demonstrate various reflection techniques
• Demonstrate how to develop learning plans for individual program needs
• Describe e-portfolio assessment methodologies
• Discuss ways to use e-portfolio tools for program assessment and accreditation
• Summarize the technological aspects of e-portfolios, such as selecting and maintaining software, access, and cost

Faculty will learn to use web-based learning environments for the millennial student. Using a suite of free e-portfolio tools, presenters will demonstrate proven pedagogical approaches for teaching and learning as well as program management and evaluation. These approaches include student-centered learning plans, self-reflection, and eportfolios.
