Description
Through lecture participants will learn the nuts and bolts of ECMO including blood needs of neonates on ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation).
- Describe blood product usage in neonates on ECMO.
- Describe the ECMO circuit.
- Discuss priming and anticoagulation of the ECMO circuit.
