Diplomate of Laboratory Management (DLM) is a certification that is offered by the ASCP Board of Certification. With options for education in laboratory management, this certification is a goal for development of lab directors, managers and supervisors. These speakers will define what the DLM is and how a lab professional can benefit by attaining this certification on a professional and personal level.
