Description
This audioconference will present the process for engaging in contracts including: equipment purchases, leasing, reagent rentals, and maintenance,: Information systems, disposables, on time purchase, reagent rentals, standing orders, and encumbrances. Services including: outsourcing services provided within your center, technical services, storage of specimens, cell lines, standard of care processing, facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, human resources, contractors, labor contracts, and intellectual property. Ownership, collaborations and key details will also be discussed. Who within the organization needs to be involved? What are the potential consequences of failure to engage in a contract? Instructional methods will include power point slides with didactic information, case studies, and literature reviews. The information provided will be applicable to the cellular therapy product environment, but also other environments within the health care setting.
