Achievement of AABB’s mission, vision and service to its members is dependent on the expertise and engagement of its members and the leadership and governance expertise of a strong Board of Directors. Sustaining AABB requires developing our future leaders into committed and prepared Board Directors. In this program, you will learn what attributes and competencies are required to contribute to a Board, what behaviors create a strong Board and what the functions are of a Board and its directors. The session strives to inform and prepare AABB’s future leaders to take on roles of increased responsibility.
