Description
Most accredited facilities are familiar with the conformance to requirements, compliance with regulations and the methods to ensure quality; however, the traditional quality model can and should be expanded beyond quality assurance. This workshop will provide exceptional detail on how to define and apply the business dimensions of quality. Building on a firm foundation of compliance, quality oversight and improvement can encompass multiple measures to improve all aspects of a business, including the voice of the customer, process design, financial profitability and performance excellence. Definitions and practical examples of these business dimensions will be provided. Participants will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of these dimensions of quality and how to implement them in their own facilities.
