Description
While a new blood bank supervisor may be adept at the technical aspects of his or her role, juggling newfound responsibilities related to quality and conformance to requirements can be mystifying. This program will help leadership outline those elements related to quality that are critical to the success of a new supervisor. Elements related to compliance, regulations, competence, process control and more will be shared. Most important, tips and techniques about how to present this information in a user (new supervisor)-friendly format such as a handbook or reference tool will be provided.
