Description
Cellular therapy donor infectious disease testing and interpretation of results are challenging. While in many ways similar to whole blood testing, cellular therapy donor testing involves circumstances that are unique. This session will explore the US FDA and international cleared testing methodologies, how to interpret positive results, and when and how to notify the donor. The speakers will also explore the differences between diagnostic and donor screening tests.
