  • Learn how the use of meta-analysis can clarify the significance of clinical studies on pathogen reduction with special reference to its impact on the therapeutic efficacy of platelets.
  • Learn new information about the tick-borne parasite Babesia microti, including its distribution in Minnesota and Wisconsin, the development of a novel PCR for its detection and the impact of a pathogen reduction procedure upon its viability.
