  • Delineate the variety of possible mechanisms by which the immune system mediates hemolytic transfusion reactions.
  • Describe mechanisms for immune responsiveness and non-responsiveness to blood group antigens in experimental mouse models.
  • Recognize that Tacrolimus use is associated with the development of warm autoantibodies, and to demonstrate a possible way to predict which individuals with warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia will respond to IVIG.
