This workshop will help medical directors, operations managers, and quality coordinators understand principles of quality and risk management. Attendees will learn quality indicators in patient blood management such as type and screen specimen evaluation for elective surgery patients. The speakers will present on detection of errors, conduct of investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventative action plans.
