Description
Understanding and gauging employee opinions about the workplace, environment and culture are a challenge for an organization's leadership team. Even more challenging is determining how to respond and take actions that will improve employees' opinions and improve their loyalty to the organization. Improved loyalty has numerous benefits including reduced cost and improved performance. This workshop will explore mechanisms to survey and capture employee opinions in a comprehensive and credible way. Workshop faculty will not only share methods used to gain employee feedback and opinions but also explain how survey results are analyzed. Formats for responding to the needs of employees will be shared. Templates and examples of engaging employees in improving the workplace will be reviewed.
