Description
Current trends in business require employees to quickly adapt to change, work harder and smarter, be resourceful and keep up with new technology. This has placed additional stress on the workforce and inhibits the inclination to find humor in the workplace. It is well documented that humor and laughter can reduce stress and provide other benefits such as increasing productivity and enhancing team building. In the challenging role of regulated industry and potential lawsuits, humor can play an essential role in the workplace. This session will focus on the effective use of humor, help fine tune a person's funny bone and encourage everyone to find ways to seek laughter on the job.
