OBJECTIVES:
- Describe application development to manage molecular and serological test results.
- Use a web-based system for outpatient reporting.
- Improve training and competency programs in transfusion medicine, e.g. using computer based programs, elearning and transfusion guidelines.
- Apply video-based learning for generational staff.
