Description
This session will describe the concepts and tools used in streamlining operations in a cellular therapy program evolving from basic science to translational medicine. Speakers will discuss approaches used to enhance program effectiveness by evaluating infra-structures, budget limitations, strategic and business models in order to maintain quality, cost efficient stem cell and cord blood centers.

  • Describe budgetary approaches to evaluation of a healthy program.
  • Illustrate tools used in developing an effective business model for a cellular therapy program.
  • Outline methods for streamlining operations in a cellular therapy program.
