Description
While the quality program has now been in place for years, it is a continuous process and requires constant vigilance. During this session, a panel of hospital chief techs will facilitate participants' discussion on several topics related to quality practices within hospital transfusion services. Tools/templates that are being utilized will be shared. A survey of hospital quality transfusion service practices will be conducted using rapid response technology.
