All companies today face significant talent challenges. The ability to sustain a steady supply of needed talent is a challenge facing all organizations, no matter the industry. Every organization knows that as their workforce ages they need to have some sort of succession planning process in place. Blood Systems Incorporate (BSI) has a program that is now part of the culture, is supported by senior leadership and is starting to see some of the fruits of their efforts. This presentation will include the how we connect the company mission and values to succession Planning. It will also discuss the BSI process and look at our successes, results and how succession planning fits into the overall leadership development program in general.
