Successful leaders understand the impact of retaining good employees on their business and don't make the assumption that employees are satisfied and will not leave the organization. Research shows that engaged employees are more productive, more customer-focused, safer, and more likely to withstand temptations to leave. The most successful organizations make engagement an ongoing priority, understanding the connection between engagement and the organization's bottom line. In this program supervisors will learn the drivers of employee engagement and how to apply them to improve retention. They will discover the five retention mistakes employers frequently make and learn the steps to improve employee retention immediately.
