Description
Keeping staff motivated and engaged in the business practices of your blood center requires setting clear expectations and creating an environment where staff feel they are treated fairly. This session will focus on performance measures and metrics specific to the donor recruitment department and will include discussions targeted at both field recruitment and telemarketing staff. In addition, donor recruitment incentive plans will be presented.

Develop a performance based incentive plan that will reward behavior that meets the current business goals and objectives.

Discuss how these performance metrics and incentive programs are used to drive behavior and results to meet the changing demands in today's blood centers.

Identify specific performance measures that are tied to the current business needs of each blood center.
