Description
Planning and executing deployment of resources is a key component of operational and financial success. Using lecture and case examples, this session will focus on resource planning including determining staffing capacity and forecasting hiring needs. Additional discussion will focus on staffing models that drive cost effectiveness including solutions for controlling overtime, flexible staffing and managing on call personnel needs.
