Description
Supplier management is a concept with which most people are familiar. However, it can be a difficult program to implement and maintain. The requirement and ability to manage suppliers a working knowledge of suppliers and their processes or at least a strong connection to those who have this knowledge. This session will help attendees decide on an approach for a supplier management program or determine if improvements are needed for their existing systems.
