Description
The session will present different indices of process capability to include both continuous and attribute data. It will also provide information to assist in determining the likelihood of defects. This session will include practical applications.

  • Classify the theoretical aspects and different types of process capability measurements.
  • Determine how to apply capability measurements and use them to predict opportunity for defects in a hospital.
  • Review how to apply capability measurements and use them to predict opportunity for defects in a blood center.
