DESCRIPTION
This session provides an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas related to transfusion services and hospital blood banks. Presentation topics include the electronic crossmatch, implementation of ISBT 128 and a new role for the transfusion committee. There will also be a review of the 2005 survey followed by an open discussion of topics initiated from the audience.
