DESCRIPTION
This session will discuss a variety of donor qualification instruments and other equipment used in a blood donation center. Apheresis equipment will not be discussed. Topics will include a summary of equipment that is available, a summary of items to consider when selecting equipment for your specific organization, and change control requirements to address during implementation of the equipment.
