The intent of the submission is to visually and verbally convey to attendees the importance of identifying the creative talent of an individual as to support and challenge the gifted area. by assessment and evaluation the gifted individual will have the opprotunity to have access to tools, educators, resources to develop and enhance such creative giftedness.
