Description
Building a successful gifted and talented program can be overwhelming because of the lack of support from the community or school, lack of interest, and lack of resources. In this presentation, teachers view examples of collaboration versus competition with regular classroom teachers and how to develop a program that is effective, appealing to students and is an innovative approach to learning.
