Description
This session explores the results from a series of interviews conducted with families with a Highly/Profoundly gifted (HPG) child. Narrative samples from participating families are presented describing family life associated with categories such as: home life, how other's perceptions and expectations impact life, schooling, future hopes, and insights about the HPG individual. Audience participation is encouraged to provide awareness and understanding about the HPG population in society.
