Description
Nearly 800 gifted middle school students with mathematics and science ability participated in an international gifted education centers Partners in Excellence Program between 2003 and 2009. As Partners in Excellence is reviewed, participants hear how to build, deliver, and evaluate an extended-day program for middle school students. Find out why AP and state department of education support were key features of success. Learn about the merits of stand-alone curriculum, the importance of providing opportunities in math and science for groups of gifted middle schoolers, and the benefits of selecting high school instructors for the delivery of middle school curriculum.
