Karen has also held senior level management positions at Abacus, leading their Merchant Services Division and launching the Business-to-Business Cooperative Database.

He is a fellow at the Center for Management of Information Technology at University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and shaped the first online marketing course for Executive Education at UVA's Darden School.
