Description
The environment is both an emotional issue that resonates with customers and
a business issue that presents multiple challenges to direct marketers. In this
session, we explore several tools to help marketers evaluate their environmental
impact, and how to sustain or improve their environmental footprint while
increasing customer satisfaction and financial performance. Listen in as free
tools are demonstrated by Environmental Defense, Metafore and the DMA. Plus,
we'll discuss how social responsibility helps build brand image, increase customer
satisfaction, and boost sales.
