He is passionate about understanding why consumers buy certain financial services products. A Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, Hughes has a business degree, a postgraduate diploma in direct marketing and has completed the Harvard Business Schools Program for management development. He is a columnist for DMI magazine and Harvard Business Bulletin.
