In over 15 years as a consultant, Richard Deere has built hundreds of models for customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, attrition, winback and re-activation. These models help develop contact strategy, choose names for promotions and maximize the lifetime value of customers. Active in the DMA, he has served as the Chairman of its Analytics Council. Richard has taught data mining courses for the DMA and Columbia and New York Universities.
