Anna joined the DMA in 1998 as an Information Specialist in the DMA’s Library and Resource Center. In 2004, she moved to the Research Department as a Research Associate. She was promoted to a Research Manager in April 2005 and to Senior Research Manager in April 2006. Anna produces two of the DMA’s best-selling reports – the Response Rate Report and the Statistical Fact Book. She also produces Multichannel Marketing in Catalog Industry Report.

Jason is working at Haggin Marketing for the last 6 years. He is charge of creating marketing campaigns for a large selection of multichannel marketers.
