Dayna Bateman brings 14 years of customer experience design, online marketing and operational experience to her work as a Senior Strategic Analyst for Fry, Inc., an ecommerce consultancy whose clients include Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer and Crate & Barrel. Dayna joined Fry from cataloger Hammacher Schlemmer, where she served as Director of Internet Marketing. She was also a member of the team that introduced the Blue Nile brand and customer experience to the online marketplace.

Sheila Dahlgren leads the marketing efforts for Adobe Scene7 OnDemand Media Solutions. Prior to Adobe, Dahlgren co-founded and was SVP of Marketing for Scene7, where she led highly-successful, ROI-based campaigns utilizing direct, online and mass media channels. Other experience includes VP of Product Marketing, Broderbund Software and Marketing Manager, Clorox.
