Description
With the proliferation of selling channels, marketers must be certain that their creative process is managed effectively to ensure both an efficient workflow and financial success. From top line creative strategy to "in the trenches" production, learn how to manage each part of the creative process to avoid wasted time, energy, and resources. We'll talk about how to improve communication across departments to achieve superb creative results. We'll also discuss the pros and cons of in-house creative departments versus when it makes sense to go out of house, and what creative functions can and should be outsourced.
