Serenity Edwards currently serves as Director of Corporate Responsibility for DMA. Among her many responsibilities, Serenity manages a special interest committee on environment and social responsibility, as well as oversees e-commerce integrity initiatives, teleservices/new technology issues, and an aggressive environmental improvement program for DMA’s more than 3,600 members. Prior to her time with DMA, Serenity worked for the Federal Trade Commission in its Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Dick Goldsmith is President of The Horah Group and author of “Direct Mail for Dummies.” He has been in direct marketing for over 30 years and presented at many DMA Annual conferences, AMA, Circulation Management, Direct Marketing to Business conferences, and Direct Marketing Days. He has recently developed a new system to integrate direct mail and mobile marketing.
