For the past 24 years, Dr. Gene Del Polito has served as the President of the Association for Postal Commerce in Washington, DC. Gene is highly regarded within the postal community as an effective advocate in behalf of those who use mail for business communication and commerce. Gene has received the Direct Marketing Club of New York's Mal Dunn Leadership Award "in recognition of his outstanding leadership and contribution to the industry".

Bruce has been involved in direct sales with Lehman's for almost eight years. In 1999, Lehman's hired him as the Catalog Director for Lehman's Non-Electric Catalog. He helped develop Lehman's first seasonal catalogs and increased circulation significantly. In 2005, Bruce became the vice president of direct sales and oversees the call center, warehouse, shipping, catalog production and circulation, and online marketing for Lehman's direct sales division.

Michelle has been involved with managing and executing over 50 different titles ranging from home décor and gardening catalogs to apparel and general gift markets. Michelle works with clients to develop mailing plans that integrate merchandise, creative, database and e-mail efforts to effective customer contact management.
