Founded in 1996, the company specializes in the application of customer information to drive marketing, profit and customer relationship objectives. Prior to founding her company, Karen was the General Manager and creator of the Marketing Planning and Analysis Unit of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. Before joining Harte-Hanks, Karen was the Director of Strategic Planning and Customer Development at Barneys New York.
