Mr. Kaplan is VP of Marketing for Tafford Uniforms with responsibility for marketing and customer service. Prior to joining Tafford, Mr. Kaplan was VP of Marketing for Hx Technologies, a healthcare technology startup, and Verticalnet, a b2b software provider. Mr. Kaplan also enjoyed a successful career with Deloitte Consulting, working with large retail and manufacturing clients on e-commerce, strategy, operations, and supply chain engagements.

Before starting her own catalog consulting company, Hemisphere Marketing, Gina served as director for customer relationship management with Spiegel Inc. in Chicago. She led the marketing team with the database development across companies and multi-channels. She built her experience in marketing, promotions, e-commerce, circulation, catalog production, forecasting and analysis for companies including Road Runner Sports, Barrie Pace and Disney Direct Marketing.

Her 23 years in the direct marketing industry includes experience in the development of strategic marketing plans, budgeting, sales forecasting and analysis, new business development, campaign management, ecommerce, database and list management, email campaigns, and print production.
