James Hetzel is the President and CEO of Trinity Road, LLC, a Charlotte, North Carolina based multi-channel retailer founded in 1997. Trinity Road operates seven internet retail and catalog brands including The Catholic Company, Celtic Hills and Grace Designs. Trinity Road will be launching three additional internet retail sites in 2008. Prior to co-founding Trinity Road, James practiced law at a large Midwestern law firm.

Susan McIntyre is president of McIntyre Direct, a catalog agency and consultancy in Portland, Oregon offering complete creative, strategic, circulation and production services. McIntyre's broad experience with cataloging in multi-channel marketing environments, plus her common-sense, bottom-line approach, have won such clients as Nautilus, Hersheys, Microsoft, Pendleton, and Miles Kimball.
