Description
Gifts In Kind (GIK), the seventh largest charity, faced a challenge: They persuaded retail giants to donate goods to deserving charities. Despite a successful track record of matching thousands of donating stores with charities, GIK could not keep up with the hectic matching pace. GIK and partners developed a nationwide data-mapping and matching operation executed through an outbound telephone marketing program. The results: many thousands of people in need received goods through thousands of stores matched perfectly to thousands of charities through a seamless series of outbound phone calls.

You will leave this session with knowledge of:
• The logic used to map various data elements
• The process used to solve the various data and marketing challenges
• How sophisticated data mapping enriches the lives of Americans in need
