Glen Hartman, Managing Director, Digital Practice, Harte-Hanks
"As Managing Director of the Digital Practice at Harte-Hanks, Glen provides thought leadership on digital and multichannel marketing innovation to Harte-Hanks’ valued clients and sets the vision for Harte-Hanks digital offerings including: Digital Strategy, Digital Presence, Digital Engagement, Digital Interaction, Digital Insight. In this role, Glen authored Digital Optimization™, a Harte-Hanks proprietary methodology, which demonstrates how to leverage the digital channel to optimize customer relationships, a topic he speaks on frequently at industry events.
Prior to Harte-Hanks, Glen held the position of EVP/Managing Director of Horn Group, a communications and marketing agency servicing technology companies, where he help launched Horn Group’s Digital Marketing practice. Previously Glen was President & COO of KSciences, a technology consulting and systems integration firm specializing in Digital Marketing, CRM, Business Intelligence and Database solutions. Under his leadership KSciences was named as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002."
