"John S. Wollney is Vice President Targeted Advertising for Tribune Media Net. Tribune Company owns 11 newspapers including The Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune and Newsday. Prior to his group-wide responsibility, he held management roles with Chicago Tribune and Tribune Direct Marketing developing targeted advertising solutions using both newspaper and mail distribution.
Mr. Wollney began his business career with Xerox Corporation. A Chicago area native, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University. He served on the board of the Chicago Ad Federation from 1997 to 2000."
