Program Code: 045
Date: Monday, September 25, 2006
Time: 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM
Location: Canal CD
SPEAKER :
Dr. Michael Berry
Description
The basic premise of cleaning for health and hygiene is a science that is too often overshadowed by finances, cost benefit analysis, staffing cuts, operating margins and poor funding for training and education. Get back to the purpose and intent of protecting and maintaining the built environment by implementing the proper principles of cleaning science. Dr. Berry will discuss the principles of science-based cleaning for health and hygiene, examine the quality management process, translate the basic science
of cleaning to enable proper communication to staff, and how
to engage executive management in facilitating the concepts of cleaning for health, hygiene and the environment.
