This presentation will show participants how to develop an
effective RFP, objectively analyze the proposals that result from it, and avoid eight common errors in the RFP/Proposal process. Those who respond to RFP's will learn how to make their proposals more effective. Participants will learn how to plan, develop and distribute an effective RFP, objectively select the best proposal from those
that are submitted in response to the RFP and validate the
promises in the proposal before making a final selection.
