healthcare systems. In this session, learn how the elements
of Six Sigma can be implemented in the environmental services department and decrease process duplication while
increasing productivity. Participants will learn the basic
theory of Six Sigma and gather tools and resources to further your knowledge in this area.This session will end with a Six Sigma case study that will help you identify areas of progress in your facility.
